They literally created the 3rd largest equipped Army (Taliban) when Joe'tatoe & Boy Blunder Snake Sullivan left everything behind. Could have easily moved it all to Pakistan. The Taliban didn't respect J. Bribeum, so they overran the country when they seen JojoYoyo's retreating forces. Most embarrassing thing in 20yrs+. & totally avoidable. Sullivan wanted out ASAP. Why? Cuz they were planning the war against Russia since 2015, (see Lindsay Graham's clip of telling Ukrainian Army they will be going on Offensive in '16) Cuz they expected Hill-Billary to win hands down. So they had to postpone war 4yrs, & used Minsk Accords, 1 & 2, to lie to Pooty, till they could oust Trump, & get the war started. Both FRENCH & GERMAN leaders openly admitted Minsk Accords were a lie to get Ukrainian Army ready to fight, with the backing of NATO/USA, to the tune of over $200+ Billion in weapons/cash, if you count the Cl@'s covert cash dumped in the conflict. Especially the cash dumped since 2015 onwards.
