If this was true. & I think it is amongst the bottom rank. Why are all the higher ups in Pentagon and Kirby telling us Russia has already lost the war? Biden also literally said this. If anyone truly followed the war, they would know Ukraine is falling apart, even with a $200 billion cash & weapons infusion that literally depleted the USA & Nato of Artillery rounds. Literally depleted. & the USA military budget is nearly $1 Trillion a year. Does anyone even grasp how much $1 Trillion is? Cuz its alot.
