  7. Yes , they should have had them earlier but this winter is going to decimate the russian troops . Many are already going without supplies and that's during a time when they can use off road routes to deliver . Once the rains come the GLSDBs will mean that they can't even use the roads . Ukraine's latest advances , even if they get stopped right now , mean thay are in range of russian held rail lines and logistical hubs .
