  2. Trump had Fema in place before the storm even hit shore & has said the Feds will help with whatever is needed. It IS the actual responsibly of local governments to handle this though, but it will STILL be Trump's fault. People are going to HAVE to help each other out, already are in fact. You'd have to be inhuman NOT to, and Americans are NOT inhuman, no matter how MSM will try to tell us how divided we are.
