  3. I guess you didn't hear the fact that an EO is nothing but a stopgap & WOULD have been challenged & ended up in the Dem 9th court & recinded. That's all Obama did for 8 years was EO unchallenged. This is why Trump was able to step into office & immediately begin reversing ALL of them. When you go around Congress you're skirting the lawful way to make legislation & it BACKFIRES. An EO never does anything but plactate the masses. That's why Trump isn't screwing around with border security. He does NOT want it to ever be able to be flipped off with a Democrat switch again.

  4. I was disappointed he didn't go full throttle & declare the emergency today - but he DID say he will in 3 weeks. Until then though there are 10s of 1000s MORE of the hoard coming & that scares me. I hope he's got more troops heading along to Texas & Az.

  8.  @landonic81  No. It would have gone to the 9th & been repealed & then have gone to the Supreme & this would have dragged on for more than the 3 weeks he's given them. I just hope he is sending more troops to the border regardless.
