  1. I've seen so many stupid court cases where people's records are bumped up with paraphernalia charges & small posession charges it's absolutely STUPID. I personally never got along with pot but there are so many functional adults who use it instead of script drugs & such & do no harm to anyone the fact that STATES can legally sell it but the FEDS can shut you down is clinically INSANE. KEEP the FEDS out of private lives for God's sake!
