That's when the Democrats leftists indeed DID accuse him of being a fascist dictator & overstepping & the cities rejected his assistance 100%. But he had that authority as President. Hed have been negligent not to offer the help. His statement was "I could stop these riots in one day." Obviously they don't want that as here we are now after one FF riot after another.
