Legalization generates laws on top of laws which of COURSE leads to more revenue for the state because the more laws & regulations there are the more VIOLATIONS there are to enforce & rake in the ticket revenue with. Of COURSE the state screws it all up. Staying out of our personal business with "legalizing" things is the LAST thing they want.
