It WAS at the city & STATE levels where all of the rigging & fraud occurred & by the time THAT got to the SWAMP it was too damned late and the useless RINOS did nothing to stop the obvious steal. Hence the WHOLE reason we HAVE States RIGHTS and do NOT have the "OUR DEMOCRACY" tyrannical government the leftists keep screeching about wanting & DESPERATELY trying to inflict by FORCE over the entire country with their every move. Not ONE state is OBLIGATED to follow a single one of the unconstitutional & illegal dictates from this WH - and if your local politicians ARE - THEY need OUSTED.
