  1. White bread neighborhoods. All I can think of is those godawful legions of 80s mcmansions & acres & acres of townhouses that foreign investors built all over the place. Heck - they pretty much are still doing the same thing buying up huge swathes of country land & turning rural areas into a mess of cookie cutter houses adding to major congestion of the roadways NOT built for all that extra traffic. Ugh.

There seems to be an AWFUL lot of private property being bought up by Blackrock & the like, and of course foreigners these days & the expansion creep from the liberal cities is heading towards the outskirts & country. It's REALLY disheartening. It's happening in very rural Maryland where I am, and I can't stand the thought of acres of rolling farmland & trees & mountain scenery being turned into miles of those STUPID townhouses or mcmansions with hardly any yards between them. Yuck.

  6. On a FEDERAL level you want ALL 50 different States with MASSIVE differences in types of terrain & needs ALL governed by the FEDS instead of by LOCAL government?? You might want to think about that.

  10. Why do you think he hates children? And he does enjoy life. He's busy with his book publishing, editing, researching, some music, daily political news video content, baby, cats, cooking, wife & gardening & I WOULD imagine a lot of other stuff he doesn't broadcast online. He's run the gambit on different religions & beliefs too. He decided where be wants to be with that. I don't agree with ALL his conjectures but gosh, he's not THAT bad!

  11. Housing Authority should just change their logo to a damned swastika. They police private property they don't need to but love having big dik power over via papering them to death. BUT when it comes to REALLY shitty properties like Section 8 or cut rate sales where people who haven't earned their way into a homeownership? Nope. They look the other way & there goes the neighborhood. That's just a FACT.

  13. You mean the "boomers" comment again? He keeps saying that & it bugs me too. Why DOES he assume that these HOAs are owned/run by boomers? More likely THESE days though they may employ some beehive 🐱 lady Gary Larson type women to go around doing their bidding & bitching, more likely they're owned by FOREIGN investors on a large scale.
