@unvaccinatedAndPureBlood I notice that this is the modus operandi of China haters such as yourself They will keep moving the goal post, instead of sticking to the topic To be frank with you, I took one glance at what you wrote, and ignored all of them, because it's all irrelevant to what's being discussed right now: Xu Xiaodong's case So, again, stick to the topic. Once more I ask, are you aware that Xu Xiaodong was sued for defamation and subsequently lost?

@unvaccinatedAndPureBlood Did you even watch the video that you linked? It's literally just a credit score system, based on things like whether you pay your bills on time

@unvaccinatedAndPureBlood May I ask, are you an American? If you are, can you explain to us what happens in America if a citizen refuses to comply with a court ruling? Suppose someone sued you for defamation and won, and the court ordered you to issue a public apology, and you refused to do so What happens next? Do American courts just shrug their shoulders and say "oh well we tried"? Or do you get yourself into more trouble by refusing to comply with a court order?

@unvaccinatedAndPureBlood Don't pivot. Stick to the topic Are you aware that Xu Xiaodong was sued for defamation, and lost?

@unvaccinatedAndPureBlood Ok, two things 1. Can you provide empirical evidence to back up your claim that Chinese courts are "controlled by the CCP" 2. Assuming you are right. Can you explain what has this got to do with Xu Xiaodong's case?

@unvaccinatedAndPureBlood Ok, again two things 1. I've read the NY times article that you provided. First of all it's an opinion piece. An opinion piece, by its definition, is biased. But sure, let's look beyond that, and simply examine the content of the article. The article was about the perceived flaw of the Chinese legal system. There is no mention of the "evil CCP" controlling the courts. I'm sure you are intelligent enough to see the disconnect. Your accusation is that the courts "are controlled by the CCP". So this is what you need to prove. That the judges in the courts all sit there and wait for instructions from their overlords in the "evil CCP". So, do you have any evidence to proof this? 2. I still do not see the relevance with the Xu Xiaodong case, I'm sorry
