  6.  @edennis8578  There are at least four things to consider: 1) A Crime may actually be taking place and a "Conspiracy Theory" exists to correctly identify that Crime. 2) No Crime exists, but someone has an Agenda to create a "Conspiracy Theory" to influence weak minded people. 3) An actual "Criminal Conspiracy" is taking place but no one knows about it. ("No Theory Yet") 4) There is a person with actual Mental Illness who imagines a "Conspiracy Theory" when it does not exist.
