Remember the old days when the Trivium Method (Seven Liberal Arts) was thought of as "trivial" knowledge? Now only the more awake people use it or are even aware of it. And you are 100% correct... I've talked with more than one school teacher who have expressed extreme stress levels because Critical Thinking (the Trivium Method) is now BANNED in the school system and they hate that fact. It's insane... the whole idea of education was once to teach discipline while using your free thought... now it's memorization.

@pleromicpastry5445 College now is just a way to go into debt. It's social engineering to guarantee that many more people are failures in life. I have two B.S. Degrees (1986, 1992) but I did them using inexpensive (then) State colleges and worked as I went along to prevent the need for loans. The second degree was Computer Science and I had a programming job while I went to school. (talk about overwork!) My advice to young people today is to pick a high earning trade and just rake in the cash now while NOT increasing your spending habits. Always have "F You" money in case you want to walk away from a bad scenario.

@Mau5Muert0 First... Computer Science isn't the unlimited vista like it was in the dot.com era. The recruiters now rule the business and you just can't be a computer consultant and rake in the big $$$ like back then. The H1-B program has flooded the US with Indian programmers who are happy to accept less than the market wage. So the dream of getting into computers and getting rich is over. Plus, the tech area is obsessively PC and was already started in that direction in the 1990's when I was in it. Well paying jobs can be had if you are healthy and have some skill and knowledge that is somewhat unique. Something like air conditioning or plumbing pays well. If you really want the tech thing I'd skip the internet and go towards robotics in a factory setting. You would need programming as well as knowledge about materials to build things. There are plenty of options. Anything that is EASY will be low paying... higher paying requires skill... the Alpha level (managers) requires deception and manipulation skills. Try watching "Brave New World 1998" on Bitchute. Are you Alpha, Beta or Delta?
