  1. It is an excuse for Germany. U.S. doesn't send tanks for a reason, but is sending "tank killers" which is just about as bad. Point is that the U.S. has sent $22 billion in aid by itself, more than all others combined. If there was a red line we crossed it already. Besides, Russia blames America for everything. Germany sends tanks it is because America allowed it in Putler's tiny dead brain.
