I'm aware of the protocol, but you should equally be aware that although the GG or state Gs formally appoint them, they do not choose them. They simply rubber stamp the results of the election. Further, it's the GG or Gs doing it on behalf of the monarch, not of the British government. And thirdly, all of that is to do with formal appointment, not to do with "how the nation is run".

  19. There is no moral equivalence between a democratic country and a terrorist organisation. Nor between terrorists attacking innocent civilians in Israel and Israel attacking terrorists. There haven't been Christians nor Muslims there for 3000 years. Christianity (under that name) started 2000 years ago, and Islam started 1400 years ago.
