Comments by "Philip Rayment" (@PJRayment) on "ABC’s coverage of World Pride and Mardi Gras was ‘fawning, indulgent and all pervasive’" video.
@MrBadintentionss "is that related to ignorance, and homo- and transphobia?" Calling people homo- and transphobic simply for disagreeing is depraved.

Other journalists, teachers, politicians... You know, the sort of people that have a lot of influence in society.

A parade that is undermining society. We should all care.
1
So you didn't watch the video, that referred to about three different telecasts? Ignoring it allows it to spread.
1
@bsting601 "What spread ?" The spread of nonsense and evil.
1
@bsting601 "People are gay..." I know that some are. Your point is ...? "They are not worry about you !" You seem to worry about me.
1
@bsting601 "You're the one who responded to me mate" And you subsequently responded to me.
1
@MrBadintentionss "<---- ignorance" What is ignorant about an accurate statement?
1
@MrBadintentionss "you still haven't told me how old you were when your parents indoctrinated you." a) You never asked. Unlike me who asked you a question. b) They never indoctrinated me. Why won't you answer the question?
1
@MrBadintentionss "so your parents don't believe in your phantasm?" So you're still refusing to answer my question? Why is that? No, my parents did not believe in pany phantasm. The believed in God.
1
@MrBadintentionss "so you were indoctrinated but just didn't like the label" No. You're making things up. Indoctrinate: "teach (a person or group) to accept a set of beliefs uncritically." I was not taught to accept things uncritically. On the contrary, I was taught reason and evidence, and I was allowed to challenge what I was taught. And perhaps that's why I ask others for evidence—because I know the importance of it. You, on the other hand, have refused to justify your own claim of an accurate statement being ignorance.
1
@MrBadintentionss "if you were sent to church as a child, that's what indoctrination is." I gave you a definition of indoctrination. But you seem to be making up your own version. Give me evidence for your claim. Oh wait. You don't care to provide evidence, do you?
1
@MrBadintentionss " indoctrination : "the process of teaching a person or group to accept a set of beliefs uncritically". that's the first definition that comes up if you google it." Not everyone who Googles something gets the same results. But so what? That's essentially the same meaning that I quoted to you. And I then explained that was not what happened to me. You haven't addressed that; you've basically merely repeated your claim that I've refuted. Repeating a refuted claim doesn't somehow make it true.
1
@MrBadintentionss 'how old were you when your parents started taking you to church?" So, still avoiding providing evidence for your claims.
1
@MrBadintentionss "misdirection" Says the person avoiding providing evidence for his claims. "didn't think you would answer that one truthfully" I did not answer it untruthfully. "you're playing semantics to avoid saying what we both already know : you were indoctrinated as a child" No, we don't already know that. I have already explained why that's false, yet you refuse to accept that, nor show how I'm wrong, because you're determined to excuse your own lack of evidence. Hypocrite.

That won't help much. They'll still get paid by the taxpayer to push this rubbish, and the influential left (teachers, other journalists, etc.) will continue to watch, and we'll get it pushed on us by other channels, schools, etc.
1
Evidence please. You seem to hate Sky, so perhaps you're part of the problem?
1
What's phony about it? The war is quite real and dangerous.

Disney owns the American Broadcasting Company. This is about the taxpayer-funded Australian Broadcasting Commission.
1
Campaigning to make everyone accept the perversions as normal.
1
@Bork_Cruk "Well, given that we had a public vote on gay marriage and it passed, I’d say that’s already happened." True, for that particular one. "And by perversions… I mean, you don’t have to accept it or not, it’s not really your business what consenting adults do with each other, is it?" First, I'm still allowed to express a view. Second, they make it my business by trying to get me (and everyone) to accept their views as legitimate.
1
@MrBadintentionss "so please give us your opinions on gay and trans people, phillip" Why? "people who target minors can be found in any demographic." Not surprising. But the real issue is whether they can be found in some demographics more than in others. "focusing on gay and trans people regarding this shows that you do have a phobia of something you don't fully understand." No, it doesn't show that. There could be other reasons he associates the two. Such as some evidence that the incidence is higher in those groups. I'm not sure that that's actually the case, so I wouldn't use that argument, but I think that there is some evidence of that (i.e. it may be poor/unreliable evidence, but still evidence). "you're ranting again" He asked you to correct him if he was wrong, and you didn't. So I guess he was right.
1
@MrBadintentionss "negative regulars on here are all 'right fighters', phillip." You mean like all those lefties who criticise Sky News, among other things? They're not of the right. And I don't see how your comment addresses anything I said.
