Comments by "Philip Rayment" (@PJRayment) on "‘Way too much tolerance’: Rita Panahi slams the left for not condemning antisemitism" video.
"The very word and its literal meaning are exclusively in reference to direct descendants of Shem, ..." That's not correct. The linguistic origin of the word is from Shem, but the term was coined in reference to the Jews, and that is the way it's always been used.

@ym5891 "The average Israeli Jew never lived there." Never? Historically, that's part of Israel.

@ilguitaro "The whole channel is!" No, it's not. Sky has a mixture of lefties and conservatives. It's just that the conservatives are more popular, because if you want leftism, nearly every other station caters for it. "It's the right wing version of the left wing ABC!" No, it's not. The ABC doesn't have a single conservative presenter, of note at least. And the government ABC, unlike the private Sky, is required by law to be balanced.

@ym5891 "No, never. They just joined the religion at some point but have no heritage. Neither them nor their ancestors ever lived there. Can be easily genetically proven." Then please "prove" it. Please provide the evidence.
2
@ym5891 "Has already been proven decades ago." Claiming that there is evidence is not a case of providing evidence. I asked for evidence, and you've provided none. "95% of Israelis have no Jewish ancestors that actually lived in the region. Hence they all lived in different countries for generations." That they "lived in different countries for generations" seems to be a tacit admission that before that they did live in the region.

@ym5891 "I could say the same to you:" You could, but why should I justify my claim when you won't justify yours, given that I challenged you first? "you make the claim they were all born there." That was not what I said. "You prove it! :) " You first. "And it's a tacit admission they have no claim to any lands." How so? "Do I get to claim your house because someone with my beliefs used to live there?" I'm not claiming that it's about beliefs, so that's a straw-man. "Religious fanatics.." Who?

How are they hypocritical? Please tell. An criticism with reason to back it is just an insult.

Funny, because I see lots of themes on Sky. Including ones that contradict others. Why would it need to be a directive from Head Office? Opposing antisemitism is a sensible position to hold.

@GLEN-ys7qt "Not interested in it either way couldn't care less about for or against..." And yet you were interested enough to comment. "... it appears to be pushed very specifically by all the commentators." Perhaps because it's obviously the right thing to do? It's been made clear before that the commentators are not told what views to take, and I don't see why this should be an exception.

@GLEN-ys7qt "I comment very frequently here mate on lots of topics!" Because you're interested enough to comment. As I said.

Because you're anti-semitic?
