  3.  @mayhemcry  No, it's that old tradesmen are usually let's say unfriendly people towards the new guy and the contractors don't pay enough, I work in construction and bring 3k worth of tools to the jobsite for 20$ an hr.. And the unions drug test, which was an intentional union breaking tactic by the insurance agencies.
