  2.  @Itugen88  ... I thought the slippery slope argument that came from Roe v Wade was garbage. The 14th Amendment says very clearly that someone has to be born to have rights afforded to them. That means abortion all the way up to birth.

The Guaranteed right to an abortion is guaranteed in the 10th Amendment. The right to an abortion is a power of the People. Roe v Wade affirmed that right because state govts had been violating the right of the people since the beginning of the country on abortion. Back to your couch LIGHTWEIGHT
