Talk is cheap. Leverage isn't leverage if you don't try to use it when it matters. Your Israeli/Jewish acquaintance was very over the top. PSW has been frustratingly 'White House-ish', walking egg shells and behind the curve. It took you guys so long to come out with that condemnation statement on Israel. Like, come on guys, Bernie was way ahead and ate a boycott from Germany of all places. Bad things are bad, just say it.

It was pretty obvious he was making it the #%# up. Imagine if someone was willing to actually grill him, it would be the easiest Pulitzer ever.

@Bvi9169 Let me rephrase that to be more direct. Max is unsuited for PSW because he lacks the relevant skills, knowledge and experience. Max doesn't belong on PSW, Tommy should have soloed. What appears to be bias is Max strong empathy which cuts both ways as he tries to impossibly make both side the same. Oh, some many Palestinians are dying, but oh the Israelis feel this. He doesn't call out AIPAC etc because that isn't who he is. If you want to talk about social media harms, Max is your man.

Trump/Putin are in a vertical of power. You lose them, things change a lot as there isn't anyone to replace them. Those systems require a central figure. Bibi otoh, the Israelis are apathetic or want the policies that lead them here.

Here is the problem, they voted him in knowing who he is and his policies. Bibi going to prison by itself doesn't remove the policies. The average Israeli doesn't have the introspection required to ask, 'Are we the bad guys?'. A snap election would be a question of how many bombs, rather than stopping. Israeli society is really messed up.

@Bvi9169 I don't think it's bias, it's relevance. Ben actually knows his stuff and relevant experience. Max's skill is to Guru waffle which is perfectly fine for Offline. He is nowhere as bad as Lovette who actively gets in the way. We come to PSW for that hard hitting insider view of US foreign policy and wtf is going on in the White House.
