I will clarify earlier statement that the Iranians did ship s large quantity of AK's and 7.62mm ammunition to Hamas, but they were intercepted by the US Navy as well as some destined for Yemen. These weapons were eventually provided to Ukraine. The interesting question comes, "Did the Iranians take those weapons out of hide, or did they import them and pay for them using Barack Obama money. I would be surprised if they used actual zirsnian funds....

  25. Its because when the civilians evacuate the Hammys follow them in contravention of the Laws of Land Warfare. This is the Hammys fault. They could deare Khan Yunis and open city and pull out all their fighters. But they wont.

Safely evacuate civilians from any area determined to be used as a battle position or other military use? Refraim from moving into areas determined to be open cities for purpose of civilian safety? 4.) Do not take hostages from the civilian.populous for political concession or ransom. 5.) Follow all the rules in the LoLW regarding prisoner treatment, and exchange upon conclusion of hostikities? 6.) Adhere to proper conduct during cease fires? 7.) Refrain from the seizure of civilian food stuffs. 8.) Refrain from using minor children in combat. 9.) The purposeful murder of non combatants not connected to an attack on a military target? Its been a couple of years, but ask if you need help on these.

In my former life before retiring as a military officer to my ranch here in southern Arizona, I used to teach brand new military officers in the subject matter of FM 27-10 The Law of Land Warfare (LoLW). There have been numerous treaties on proper conduct in wartime and some of the treaties contradict. So the US and other allied nations codified the best understanding of what is legal vs illegal in wartime. The US understanding is FM 27-10. I have tried to enumerate the rules Hamas has violated, but it gets censored.

And since the Hammys stopped wearing their snazzy Green battle dress uniforms on 7 October it must be assumed that they have done this purposely. The Hammys have also declined to evacuate civilians from the battle area which we assume they do to gain a temporary tactical advantage in the confusion. If you take fire from a building and destroy the building it must be assumed that the defender has safely evacuated the residents.

But the converse of the rule says the Hammys should not use those facilities which they have been proven to universally do. Once they are occupied by a military force they lose all protection. Tunnels beneath hospitals have provided AKs and ammunition as well as covered and concealed transit routes.

The corrolary is that Hamas should establish an Open City Policy for those areas and prevent Hammy troops from entering, or residing in or near those areas. This they do not do. When the civilians move, the Hammys follow. They intend to hug the civilian populous like a flak jacket.

  39.  @hildaswafford8226  5.) The IDF did allow for humanitarian relief organizations to operate including the US over the shore pier. That was until Armed Hammy combatants began looting the convoys to control the supply. There is no requirement for the IDF to supply their enemy during a siege.

While it was being assembled the Navy personnel took fire from Hammys on shore, but refrained from returning fire. When the trucks pulled onto shore but were still in sight of the pier armed Hammys began looting the trucks rather letting them proceed to the distribution point. It was determined that it was no longer safe to perform that mission and operations ceased. Are you familiar with the Somali Civil War of 1993? Similarly the Habr Ghidr looted the UN supplies to control the population. It did not end well.

  44.  @hildaswafford8226  I read the story yesterday and from memory i recall: The five bodies that were recovered were two military and three male civilians. They had not released the forensics on the cause of death, but it was believed they died on 7 October or shortly there after. I don't recall where. It is not unusual for the terrorists to make off with bodies since the bodies have value to people in the civilized west and can be ransomed. Its always the money they want.

And you realize the Islamic Arabic Countries declared war, ordering the local Muslims to leave Isreal so it could be destroyed? Some Arab Muslims expecting to be rewarded left, others stayed and rode out the 1948 war? Those who stayed were considered citizens? Those who left?, well that ship sailed. The Arab Islamic nations try again in 1967. And again in 1973? Each time Isreal built up a buffer of land as a protection after thrashing the Arabic Muslim Nations? Where is the colonizing after the departure of The UK?
