They just need the electricity, oil, gas, roads, heating, air conditioning, plumbing, transport of goods, emergency services, mining, manufacturing, shipping, farming, software, computers, cell phones, housing, buildings, luxuries and infrastructure that men provide. All these industries are male dominated with no one screaming about women being under-represented there. Why? Because they are difficult and often outdoors. Women only want equality in the air-conditioned corner office going to a few meetings a day. Women have had 50 years of f'nism to get into these critical professions, yet they are all still mostly male. That indicates they will remain mostly male. Women brag about "doing it all on their own" while resting on the massive, luxurious infrastructure built and maintained by men.
