  1. TONS of bad information on expats all over the internet. Mostly coming from feminists who have no clue what is really going on. Also TONS of bad information about Asia ... like equating return to gender roles with domestic violence against women. The two have nothing to do with each other. Same with lack of education for women. It's all Western feminist misinformation designed to paint the picture as they want it, rather than how it really is. The video Bo reviewed is heavily slanted in favor of feminists by inaccurately portraying what is really going on. I was doing this long before the term "passport bros" even existed. I call my self an expatriate, expat for short. I live in the Philippines and am married to a Filipina. She is fluent in 3 languages, including English, and has a bachelors degree in teaching. (The woman claiming Filipinas are uneducated only speaks one language.) We have a daughter with hopefully more children on the way. "Brown people servicing white people" - that the biggest load of horsecrap I've ever heard. Clearly from a coping feminist who has never even been to Asia. White men are a very small minority and have to play by the rules of the country in which they live. Filipinas are not pushovers. "These men are just looking for quick hookups" - another load of crap from a soyboy simp who has never been to Asia either. The USA is all about quick hookups. Asia is about creating families. Yeah there are some guys here who want that, but most don't. The players don't last long. Match makers are grifters. Ineffective grifters. It's not so much traditional gender roles, but rather a nation where the legal system and culture aren't massively biased against men. The "cooking and cleaning" thing gets brought up so much. I couldn't care less about that, nor could most of the men I know. It's just spun that way to make men look "misogynistic" and "toxic." The group of expats I know here will not associate with men who hump and dump, or use, local women. Those guys are scum. The majority of expats are not like that and won't tolerate men who are. US Feminists and their soyboy allies just need to STFU and concentrate on their own utopian gynocracy. Stop being a "colonizer" by pushing your views about women and family on other cultures, assuming you know better. The rest of the world sees you as a big joke.
