In order to be a Passport Bro, you have to be able to be an expatriate. Let me list some traits that are "entry level" essential for an expat. Many surpass these. - Good, stable income or accumulated wealth - No criminal record - Ability to plan ahead and execute those plans for housing, transportation, navigating visa requirements for different nations, international banking, and more - Flexibility to quickly adapt to different cultures - Level headed and composed so as not to get into trouble in foreign nations ... foreigners have far less slack than the locals - Ability to quickly acquire new languages - Self-sufficiency ... no safety net over there - Self-starters who research the optimal places and all the laws, economics and cultures there - Keeping current with all your credentials, documentations and international tax laws - Ability to manage your finances and job from any place in the world - Men who are confident taking calculated risks So ... "ladies" ... you are actually losing some of the higher quality men from the West, rather than the "dusties" and "losers" you claim are leaving. But hey, whatever helps you cope and avoid your own shortcomings.

Bo is right! I am 62 and still weight the same as when I was an Army captain in my 20s. Same waist measurement and actually bigger chest and biceps. It's all what you eat + a bit of physical exercise. And yeah, TRT will really kick it into high gear. It's not super hard ... just takes daily discipline.

I've heard you loud an clear "ladies." You don't need no man. I've already left the West and am have a wonderful time on the beach with my beautiful Filipina and 25 cent rum. You wanted men to stay in the West so you could just continue to bash them. In your entitled arrogance, you figured they would have no choice. You thought you were the only game in town. Men called your bluff and are leaving. You will be alone, not just for companionship, but also alone for support and alone to maintain the infrastructure of dirty jobs you refuse to do. @HCforLife1 You are correct, but they still aren't losers. If you want to go to physical traits, many expats I know are ex-military and still weigh the same as they did in their 20s. They are highly active and fit. But again, not top 10% chads. If they were, they would remain in the US pumping and dumping Western women. Also, there are legions ... legions ... of Western women who have hit the wall and are stuck with pickings far worse than the average expat.
