Yes, do it Bo. Excellent idea. Motivation and consistency are the most difficult things to achieve ... ummm ... consistently. I'm on the north side of 60 and I still struggle with both of those, even though I have been given more than enough tools and knowledge over my lifetime to achieve my goals. A workout partner for life. I love it.
