We have provided employment for scores of millions of folks by inviting China into the WTO, direct investment, technology transfer and buying Chinese manufactured goods. We have protected the sea lanes that has provided oil for China and goods for the world. The Chinese people have done a wonderful job- good on them. No need to thank us. We benefited too. The problem is since Xi has become president for life China has taken a very dark turn. I won’t go into that. It is well covered in the free world which you can access by sneaking around the Golden Shield on a vpn. And, show some gratitude. China would be a Japanese Colony if it weren’t for a huge expenditure of blood treasure by the USA.
