  1. Hi What kind of bread do you use.? Grand sliced her celery then cooked it in cream sauce making a thick soup then she put her chicken on it. Sometimes she deboned chicken for us kids. Pretty good. She always had black eye peas on Sundays. Cranberries for me.

  2. Grandma sorry. She grew up with their own cook, maids, Butler. Great grand dad said if they didn't learn to cook, clean, sew, from the staff. He'd fire all the help.
