  40. we DON'T NEED ANOTHER COP ACADEMY! $95 MILLION let's provide additional counseling, healing, JOBS!, community building events for SO MANY of our NEIGHBORHOODS. There are tons of good people even in bad neighborhoods. They need support. We still need to address the gang issues, but I think the gang issues would fade somewhat if the other elements were in place. Many people just want an opportunity for success and to be able to live at a normal standard. $95million would make a huge difference is used well.
