I get the "woke right" idea, there is definetely a purity overreaction occuring on the right but there is a difference between getting canceled (loose your livelihood)for not stating your pronouns or not adhering to or even criticising a current narrative or agenda and suffering the consequences for wishing death upon innocent people, making fun of people who lost their lives or supporting terrorists. But ofcourse it's not a clean cut and both things occur on both sides, but still. really like the show btw, I found both you and Winston Marshall at the same time and you both quickly became part of my standard podcast rotation so to say.I enjoy the naunced approach to topics

  9. One thing that I bet few trans women, or men would admit is that the menstrual cycle also comes with searing pain. And, women still go to work, and support their families. And, here's the kicker, women go through that for one week, once a month, for 25-35 years. Read that again.

  12. As a lesbian, I think some men are more feminine and some women are more masculine, but being more masculine than the average, does not make me a man and visversa. You can’t say your another sex, it’s just not possible. Unfortunately you get the woke brigade pushing it. I feel for the kids.

(Loved the milkman story 😀) One of the problems I have with weight loss surgery and weight loss drugs is that people don't have to deal with the emotional issues that caused some of their obesity in the first place. It's all so complicated! It has to do with hormones, life stress, culture, emotions, etc... So many other variables!

The sad truth is that this is still going on throughout the UK and always will, the UK government has no intention of doing anything to stop it nor do the British police.

  18. I actually think you can joke about everything - or rather; I haven’t encountered any jokes I’ve thought worthy of cancellation. Of course there are jokes that hit me personally right in the gut and heart. But so what. I my own life, the more difficult circumstances, the more important that I’m able to make jokes. When I can’t, then I’m in a REALLY bad shape. Dangerously so.

  21. Blair White and Buck Angel are great examples of a trans woman and a trans man who understand their biological reality. They acknowledge they have gender dysmorphia, transitioned as adults and don’t support children transitioning. They are both also wonderful advocates of women’s rights. Great people and so different to the trans activists. I found Buck through this channel and Blair via Buck. They make a lot of good sense on trans issues.

  38. I'm looking forward to this and "meeting" your friend..   As a disabled person (tiny violins) life has been effing dangerously hard at times. I wouldn't say it's been down to "micro-aggressions" though. Maybe I'm misreading what they are but I don't give a sh*t about micro-aggressions as my problems have been the in-your-face-prejudice-and-blocking-of-the-basics-needed-to-live. I had to fight to be fed, watered, clean, have human contact. That might not seem credible in the West but, believe me, it's been true and the lack of such nearly killed me. As for the word "victim" it has become overused. A "victim" is, for example, a murdered child or an elderly person scammed out of their life savings, etc. Nowadays if you get Covid-19 you're classified as a "victim"...no, you're not a victim. Look at msm news reports as to whom they classify as "victims', it's bloody ridiculous. There are still real struggles and victimisation out there and when we whine and cry about the non-things we disrespect those who really should be heard and considered with how we move forward. Yes, everyone IS "special" but the problem is that so many have been told it is their right to be SEEN to be "special", and victimhood can publicly fast-track someone to that public status. Many people claiming to be victims just need to grow up and get some real problems... ...ooh, I sound hard but there's only so much poop someone can listen to.

  44. Quite an enjoyable conversation. I love the many points you two discussed. Your guest is correct about human behavior being driven by incentives, particularly, the incentive to belong. People are finely split in many directions to the benefit of highly specialized interests and this is carried out socially and politically. The consequence is that we forget what we have in common, and as a result, we forget how to converse with our neighbors about our differences.

  50. The bigger problem I have with this movement isn't as much the insanity of their claims, it's the consequences people are facing for resisting the agenda. They can tell me 2+2=5 all they want and it won't affect my perception, but if I'm made to be a pariah in society because I refuse to get on board, that's scary.
