  2. I studied with a guy from iceland. He studing for reforesting. And its along time project started in the 50'th. I read and herd that many norwegian go to iceland to plant trees in 1950 and 60. But when I grow uo i didnt heard about it. Now Norway bay grass for iceland, cause we have a warm and hot summer and the gras harvest was reduced to 30% of a normal harvest in south of Norway. As all contries in north europe suffer from. Firste delivery come this week, 50000 of gras balls for farmer with milk and meat production.

  7. They should've opened all the bulkhead doors on the lower sections. Thus relieving all that pressure on the bow making the ship stay afloat for longer. Yes all the power would be cut due to the boilers being flooded but that's worth it for saving more people right? There were sealable bulkheadsdoors on the upper sections aswell that could be sealed to keep the water from entering the upper sections.

  12. As other commentators have said, this is an outstanding documentary. Even though Eli Goebel is not a real woman, as is said at the end, it represents the millions of ordinary people who helped rebuild Germany, both literally and figuratively.

  26. I have seen lots of movies and tv about this sinking. This one is the first that conentrate on the lower deck crew. It shows that you do not need tens of millions in budget to create a extrodinary movie.

  28. This is like those shows where they have multiple perspectives. However, this one is a lot cooler because 1. It get’s to the point quickly, and makes it more interesting and 2. It is Titanic.

I'm loving this series, I don't know if this was just a theory but it seemed pretty substantiated that it was found that the Egyptian people were not slaves and were paid and living in a more modern type of city like we see today, and they had more tools then we'd previously thought later discovering they had much more advance technology that made the building of the pyramids much less strenuous than previously thought to be. Now like I said could've been a theory I'll try to find the link it's been awhile since I saw the documentary

  47. This was the best documentary I have ever seen about the Titanic with first-class acting,way above that of certain Hollywood "stars" and a tale seldom told of those who fought to keep the ship afloat so that others had a chance of life.
