  3. good show not going to deny it, but there are a few things of concern, the main one here is the scorpion, the first and biggest concern is the design of it it's wrong that in not even close to an historical scorpion, it's a modern interpretation, the arms should be outward no inward, like a crossbow, this is one of the reasons for it's aparent under power, because the arms swning inward and not outward, the string flaxes considerably this is energy that is not transfered to the bolt, whit the arms swinging outward the string remains streached and more energy is transfered to the bolt, to the bolt itself it is a bit short, the bolt head is also to small, the fedders for stability in the back are to small they will have no efect, the other is the chain in the crank system that pulls the arms, the romans or greeks didn't use chains but strong ropes for that, aesy to amintain and repair the trigher mecanism is also incorect that is a modern interpertation, they used a slide pull not a leaver pull like we see here,

  6. I grew up only 5 miles along the coast from where Titanic was constructed in the Thompson Dry Dock, Harland and Wolff Shipyard, Belfast. This is Certainly the best Titanic DocuDrama I’ve seen, and is different from the others in that it tells the story of the incredible engineers who fought valiantly and courageously to keep Titanic afloat for every last possible second, which undoubtedly subsequently saved additional lives buying time as the passengers and crew who escaped the wreck awaited rescue by the Carpathia. The accents and social issues of the day certainly added to the authenticity of this excellent production.

This is a brilliant film and TITANIC has been a part of my life for over 65 years,these brave souls who fought TOOTH & NAIL TO save that vessel were in my opinion VICTORIA CROSS QUALITY.The passengers were guests on Titanic but to the crew it was not only there place of work but there HOME while away from there loved ones and as we know it became there GRAVE.I have been against the continues plundering of this grave sight and recall having a telephone conversation with the late George Tulloch the then president of R.M.S. TITANIC INC who had the salvage rights in 1995 about this very issue after it imerged that they had damaged the crows nest pulling of the running light from the forward mast. And now the latest venture is to break in to the Marconi room WHAT FOR? At the end of the day these men fought to save lives and there ship and over the years it has come to this SO SAD it is there final resting place and should be left PEACE GOD BLESS THEM ALL.

I pray for the people in Mexico - there will be no time to escape once any of these volcanos blow...the clastic flow will be so fast ... if the scalding heat doesn’t kill you, the lack of breathable air will finish you off. When four loggers were caught in the Mt. St. Helens fallout, one man prayed for Jesus to save him, he was the only survivor of the four...Jesus saves...call on Him, this is our only hope as we live during these earth pangs. Shalom.

  31. Tragic stories. I feel bad for the man that survived the 36000 ft fall but ended up dying of shock. There is a claim that there was not treatment for shock back then. So is there today? Shock is instantaneous . How fo you treat it? You don't.

  39. A wonderful documentary! When we went to Florence, and saw the statue of David, it was breathtaking!!! I stood in absolute awe of the beauty and magnificence of the statue. The marble is milk white, flawless. David’s physique is perfection.
