  12. I'm glad you love Xander so much and enjoy him but I really appreciate the fact that you tell people you wouldn't recommend it and that you have to be committed.   47. This is such a great idea for people to be able to come and spend their time to visit with the cats & rats. Offering the animals for adoption is very cool way to get people used to handling the animals and learn about them and you can even adopt and take one home.. Really Great. Keep up the great work 👍🏼xx
