#southafrica BOOM BABY! CCNA up in here!

"Put it in VLAN 666!" That comment has earned you my sub! Also, thank you for teaching this. Physical security is one of the things that I love seeing at the places I've worked (and hate when there is none). I've seen switches plugged into wall jacks that were left out in the open and since earning my BAS in IS&C, that is vexing! Also "swi po mac sticky" is a great command to run on cisco ports to ensure that no "new" devices get swapped for the one that is set for the port!

Cheers! love your style. thank you!

Thank you Chuck. great content as well. I will look at your cloud course. Getting a CCNA was the best decision for my career.
7
I agree to getting the ccnp after the ccna because it gives you more of a foundation of routing and switching which helps in every area of networking. To me ccnp knowledge is the basics of network engineer
7
Your demeanor make it fun and easy to learn thank you, and nice beard bro. Keep doing what you do man thanks.

Soft and social skills are a must. My Firm moved our IT department out into the cubicles mixed in with our end users. Talk about two different worlds colliding! The interaction between my IT team and the end users is always interesting as some of our end users listen and learn what we do " behind" closed doors or what we do on a daily basis. Being able to effectively communicate with our ends users is a learning experience! Great vid. Keep them coming.

Not at all! I was pre-med, working as a surgical tech in the USAF until I was diagnosed with brain tumors... Had a ton of surgery and now I'm going back to school for Networking. It includes CCNA, programming, Linux admin, scripting, Microsoft Server 2016, and more. I'm 33 and I have a lot of life left to live. If you have the drive, you are never too old.
