  7. It's interesting to see the process and hard work. At 26:05 it's interesting to see that the final processing is done by women. Everything before by men. In Islamic societies, work and prayer appear to be segregated. At least they don't have the problems that plague Western companies due to feminism: endless sexual harassment claims. Also: I am guessing that the tank where the pots are suspended by a wire does electrolysis? or something electrical in order to bind the coating to the pot. I like the fact that one guy is able to sand the lids with his feet. One advantage of sitting down over standing up in the workplace. Not a modern hi-tech factory but efficient and you have to admire the work ethic here.

  9. Great team work but you should talk to your factory owner to provide you guys safety shoes, gloves, eye protection and 4-1/2 ft tall working table to do the jobs without straining your back. I hope a healthy and safe working environment are the benefits for workers and the owner. I hope they will think about it.

  21. The process and machinary is very old one,now evryehere automation has taken place,The production lines are in smaal scal sectors

  22. Those torque wrenches were brand new. The machines were freshly painted green. The hard hats and jackets were new. As soon as the photographer left the hats and jackets were handed in, the wrenches were given back to the executives, and the workers went back to using a battered wrench and a hammer for tightening the bolts.

  29. I was impressed with the whole operation, right up until the guy having to make 10 laps around the pallet with the shrink wrap. Get or make a simple pallet spinner for that operation.

Die Menschen da vor Ort sind doch die Tiere so was von schei ß igal die sollten dem Armen Pferd erstmal mal was zum Fressen geben bevor er so eine Schwere Arbeit verrichten Soll sollten doch die Menschen die Arbeit verrichten und mit der Peitsche noch welche drauf kriegen wir das Pferd 🐴 das finde ich nicht in Ordnung Pfade können sehr gute Arbeits Tiere sein aber nicht im solchen Zustand die Leute wollen auch ihren Lohn haben und das Pferd bekommt nichts na das passt doch. Sonst zu Arbeiten sind mal wieder ganz gut für die Möglichkeit die sie haben super ich hoffe das ist in Ordnung aber wenn es da Tiere Unterleiden muss da werde ich echt sauer MfG lacki

  39. Reciclando is the most important way to keep on roiling, OK. But I wonder, treatment of processes the water,? This facility is as dirty as it can be. If it is as it is, I doubt about the water treatment.

  43. Typical filthy, under maintained factory in India. As to the video, no descriptions of what is happening. All I know is that fluids (of some sort) flow and things turn, and miracle of miracles, cardboard comes out. Not surprising there are only 799 subscribers.
