She is describing my life. I truly believe everything she is saying. I am so grateful she is making this issue more public!!

My mom died at 69. Her mom and sister died at 89 and 93 respectively. Guess who was married to a narcissist. My mom was healthy all her life and never weighed over 125.

Everyone should hear Hannah’s story…it gives me so much more empathy and insight and HOPE for those struggling with mental illness!

Dhru - thank you for being a crusader on improving how we think about food and health - and for highlighting this topic of food industry incentives. I hope this conversation provides value!

I have a chance to work with Peter Crone a few times. As a person and as a friend, Peter is one of the most enlightened humans I've ever met. I can't wait to see the work he does for this world. :) Thanks Dhru for hosting this amazing interview!

So great to see Dr. Ramani as a guest. Many moons ago her expertise helped me sort myself out and finally heal after a really painful relationship with a narcissist/sociopath. The world really needs to know what those individuals are and stay away. What a blessing this lady is!! Thank you Dr. Ramani and Dhru for inviting such a great expert on the subject.

Thankfully there are high octane health influencers like Dr Casey Means who are passionate about optimal health and are willing to share their passion and wisdom. Agency of one's own health is never encouraged within our current health care system as is pointed out in this podcast. Many thanks to Casey Means and Dhru Purohit for their continued effort at elucidating what constitutes optimal health.

Hannah's story is amazing and should really open all of our eyes to the potential of treating these types of mental illnesses

While I was on vacation, a friend gave me your book “ After.” While browsing on You Tube, this video came up. I think it was meant for me and was no coincidence. I’ve read about 4 chapters so far, and it is fascinating.

Thank you for this interview. So helpful.

It was an honor chatting with you, Dhru! I hope this episode reaches and helps many. Dementia is an urgent public health problem, and so difficult for all involved. Let's do our best to spread this message far and wide.

I'm so Grateful for your willingness, Dhru, to bring this conversation to us here on YouTube. Thank you!

Thanks for having me on your show, Dhru. The supplement industry is a minefield unfortunately. Can’t beat diet, exercise, and sleep 😀

This was a most uplifting, spiritual, and educational interview. I am in a state of euphoria. I first came across Peter on the Ed Mylett show and I am seeking him out for more content. Dhru is a phenomenal interviewer and brings out all the “right stuff”! Thank you so much for this. Please keep doing what you’re doing. You are helping MANY! Much Love!

I think the interviewer and Dr. Huberman both did an amazing job. Always have to have people to put their 2 cents in.... If you don't like this particular interview and how it's conducted, Dr. Huberman has MANY other interviews and is on instagram. Move along and keep distasteful comments to yourself. Attitude is VERY contagious (this is something Dr. Huberman speaks of in other interviews) , no need to spread your distasteful comments just watch another video. Why must people be hateful

I am here binge watching Peter, but I am also very impressed by his interviewer! Peter felt so at ease that he recommended Sri Nisargadatta... I hope you two will do a 2.0. This is life changing in so many ways. THANK YOU BOTH!
27
That.was excellent Dr Sharmi, so spot on and you explained just excellently. God bless you

OMG! I feel this in my chest, my heart! Peter Crone and Dr. Joan are really hitting me where it hurts and loves! My heart! I feel finally and am having epiphanies like never before! When the students ready, the teacher appears!!! ❤️

This was excellent Dhru. Thank you. I follow Dr. Sean O’Mara who talks about visceral fat as well.

Hannah's story is amazing! Thanks for having her on. Michael B

So happy you’re on a healing path ❤
13
Good info, but for me, I would have been able to appreciate it more if she talked a little slower.

Dhru is the best interviewer! He asks the important questions and quickly gets out of the way for his guest to answer. He doesn't interject or interrupt. Dr. Amen is engaging, convincing and a joy to listen to. Thank you.
11
Dhru, I recommend you take a look at Tom Campbell's work on YouTube. He's a retired NASA physicist and long-time consciousness explorer/researcher. In his 'My Big Toe', he clearly explains what you both only touched on here via science (ala quantum physics).

I admire Dr. Amen s work on keeping your brain healthy, but his views on obesity need to be updated. All six of his "reasons" why people are overweight assume that overeating is the cause, and we need to understand why people are overeating. I suggest Dr. Amen read Dr. Sara Gootfried's books (particularly the most recent one) on the relationship between hormones and weight. She describes poignantly and accurately the all too common struggle that women face in maintaining a healthy weight despite eating a healthy diet and exercising. In fact, women frequently starve themselves and exercise themselves to the point of hormonal exhaustion in an effort to stay thin. Overweight isn't a simple matter of "calories in vs calories burned".

Dear ones, inherit value is from Creator God, His perfect design and sovereign Keeping of each person...take one's self to Jesus Christ and let His healing flow. Which is why the unchanging immortal God is so securing...He knows! He is able to keep all that is given to Him. Your life, your needs, your hopes, trust Jesus and find peace with God, self and others. Forgiveness is the first step.

Dr, Chris Palmer has anecdotes that it can correlate with recovery — so there is some evidence it might be able to.

Dhru, you are doing a wonderful job. Thank you for bringing to us your and your guest's wisdom 🙏 I know from my experience that what you are talking about on your channel is true and life-changing information because I’ve healed naturally from autoimmune disease.

My mother was one of 7 siblings, 5 girls, 2 boys. All 5 of the girls developed and died from dementia, though neither of the boys got it. Have you read Dr. Bredesen's book The End of Alzheimer's?
