  3. When I wake up in the morning I feel like I never slept. I drink coffee and take a cold shower, but that makes me more sleepy. I've been doing keto and intermittent fasting, I've lost a bunch of weight. My blood test is perfect according to doctor. I quit smoking cigarettes and weed a while ago but I'm still SOOOO tired. I sick of being tired. Doctor wants to put me on anti depression med. I'm 41. Worked out and swam my whole life.

  7. Are these not being made available on Apple Podcasts anymore? That’s where I generally download and listen to podcasts. YouTube videos tend to drain my battery faster, or cause it to overheat when it’s charging.
