This is specially for the younger kids. Great you work at fang but what do you like to do and how are you as a person. Thanks for putting that advice in because it seems lately all people care about is comp.

  32. Thanks for sharing! Yes todays world offers a lot more possibilities to prevent such issues. Our infrastructure for example is fully event-driven and even when something breaks, we still have the dead letter queue. Great time to be alive! :)

  37. As a father of a slightly older child, I can tell you it gets easier. They grow up, plus you get accustomed to your new schedule. And on the backend after a few years, they'll bring ever more joy to us and we get back some free time.
