  1. Nice video I really like it , it gave me motivation to start . Actually , the last year when I was senior at high school I was overachiever , I studied a lot, I knew all the study methods and techniques , I was studying both smart and hard , and I managed to get great results and top at both my class and school . But now that I am at my first year at medical school I changed completely, I became careless , I study in very dump way and i feel like i cannot change it , especially that i am willing to change my major and go to another country and i have High chances to be accepted so its like my brain knows that if i get accepted it will be waste of efforts , but still i have to study since nothing is sure . Despite all that i am trying to keep pushing , and now i have exams at 16 days and i am so late but yeah , I’ll use ur technique, thanks for ur efforts ❤

  14. In competitive exams they can ask stuff from any random corner and line of the textbook. It can even be exceptions. 80-20 rule doesn't really work there. These points are helpful for pen and paper exams. Any tips for competitive ones where it is OMR based?

  20. Hey creator, I'm already applying the methods from your previous video. Though it took me adjust to them I'm slowly but steadily completed a good portion of my exam syllabus. Also, I've started using pomodoro of 25 min but I don't go for breaks much. Normally, the least time I remain productive is for 300 min a day my goal is 600 min I.e. 6 hours of study. So I'm slowly increases my productive time on studies 😌 Fighting !! 💪

  25. Reducing screen time by 80%? Seriously? Our entire life revolves around screens—work, study, friendships, even relaxation. This advice sounds good but totally ignores reality. Maybe the real skill isn't cutting screen time, but learning how to make screens actually work FOR us instead of demonizing them!

The methods that works best is :- 1. 30 min rule Work for 30 min decide which topic you have cover in 30 min and then 5 min break.. 2. 5 min break In 5 min break it is not possible to reward yourself with some chocolate or cookies daily you can use your phone as a reward but set alarm of 5 min while you are watching phone after that bell rangs throw your phone out of window 🪟 3.Active recall First cram with understanding Write in copy Identify mistake Correct it (Learn from your mistakes) 4. How to cram Pick a small line Say it 2 to 5 times Without looking at the book When you felt like it is in your mind Cram the next line .. continue it I hope it would help you

  48. Moi j’ai un fort problème avec mon téléphone je n’arrive pas à étudier quand il est là et que j’ai de la connexion à internet. J’ai très peur je ne sais pas quoi faire. Je me retrouve toujours à regarder des vidéos YouTube au lieu d’étudier. Et quand j’essaye de déposer mon téléphone je commence à stresser 😭.
