  5. Great video brother. Very accurate. A few slight discrepancy’s. Actually the best MFF program in JSOC is the one run by RRC. And one other thing I noticed is you said Delta pulls from the green berets and can take from other units. Actually most guys in delta come from the Ranger Battalions and then the next largest pool comes from the green berets.

  9. I guess Navy SEALS is more proficient with water operations, because Air Force does Air Strikes, Soldiers parachuting, and doing other kinds of aerial stuff. Am I saying this right? Great info about Air Force, by the way.

  27. Depends on which crew is the most trained, most organized and most lucky. If BMP sees the Bradley first then Bradley is dead 90%. If Bradley sees thd BMP then BMP is dead 90%. Whoever shoots first usually wins in modern combat

  36. The big caveat here is the BMP numbers are just on paper, in reality we’ve seen how “good” their armor is, not even mentioning that they don’t have anti tank missile module at all. But for the sake of comparison it’s a great video!

  37. The first point is that dog fighting in its traditional form is dead and has been for about 25 -30 years. The F-16 in its operational life has just about always been used as a point to point bomber and ground support aircraft especially in its latest form with the hideous conformal fuel tanks on it. When it comes to aerobatic displays nothing even comes close to the Mig-29 except for the SU-27/35 which are hands down the best.

I definitely identify with the green berets but being realistic in DA not rescuing hostages, no one in Socom or even in Jsoc can stand up to the Rangers, they have more than 70 Jobs and their structure is infantry, a Ranger battalion has 800 soldiers and they were all to Rasp 1 or 2. In direct action this is my list from most suitable to least due to the structure in direct action because depending on how many men you have is your fighting power. 1 Rangers a battalion 800 men, 2 Navy seal platoon 16 men, 3 Marsoc 14 men, 4 Green Berets 12 men. But if we change the question and ask which units have the most experience and knowledge in ground warfare. The order is the following 1. Green Berets now 2 and 3 is a little difficult because the rangers in one year you already become a ranger but to be a Marsoc you take almost 2 years, and I put the Navy Seals last because They begin to take the basic of the navy which does not teach them practically anything about war on land, then they move on to Buds and there they begin to teach them interesting things, while at this point any of the units that I mentioned before have already gone through infantry schools and skydiving.

  46. Funny how different things seem 20 some odd years later. 2 deployments with a Marine Expeditiinary Unit (MEU) pre MARSOC, part of maritime special purpose force. Force did all direct action assaults, marine raiders were put together out of the BLT working as security forces, STA and Recon would be eyes forward and on any sniper initiated assaults. Months and months together doing interop training while being evaluated by a special operations training group in order for a SOC qualification before deploying. Good times.
