  4. This next economic downturn will humble a lot of people. In the Great Recession of 2008, I personally met a couple of CEOs who had to deliver Pizzas to make ends meet. I met many former millionaires who lost it all. Robert Kiosaki of Rich Dad fame also said money makes you feel smart which blinds you into making mistakes.

  14. Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. The stock market has plenty of opportunities to earn which I myself took advantage of. I made my first million from going diverse, mainly ETFs(stocks, bonds etc), bitcoin , and gold. I'm also working on an investment plan that includes NFTs with my advisor, Katie . It's been a year and half of steady growth.

  18. The full length is good she really kind of lost me right before these questions came. She couldn’t answer anything she kept walking in a circle but not answering anything. And good old Pat just kept coming With the questions and asking her to answer. It’s unfortunate she had a good venue to show who she was and I guess we got to see it. You made a really great point during the interview that she should aim little lower than presidency and start at the ground level. Don’t believe it was an insult it was just education that she didn’t have.

  35. There are a lot of hard working Farmers and Ranchers here in California that have been providing food and sustenance to the rest of the Country and the World for generations. Most of them never voted for and don't support the politics of this failed state. We will continue to farm and ranch here, but there will come a time when we will no longer be exporting. I suggest that those of you who chose to live in climates where you cannot farm or ranch, prepare accordingly.

But having heart to achieve something great, when I say heart it means something totally different than confidence,arrogance, or cockiness something else that allows a person to persevere through their lowest moments.
