If the time to fall is approx 55 seconds, and G=9.80 m/s2, then the maximum altitude reached by that bullet is 14.83 kilometers or 48661 feet and the terminal velocity at 1768 feet per second, but those numbers have to be much less, because of the air resistance, temperature, humidity, different densities at different altitudes, etc., and those variables are difficult and a pain to calculate. Also, G is not 9.80 m/s2 at 10 km high. Great video!

  46. for anyone who is commenting on the mag release disconnect safety , when I was firing it, the mag was in it , but the mag was missing the spring and the follower, so I am not sure if that had something to do with it. but anyway I ordered a new mag and we will test it again. however if that was my only mag on that helicopter then the fire arms will become useless. lol
