  33. Thought provoking conversation! So much to unpack here. Many of the concepts and techniques you referenced I've encountered at Johns Hopkins. Chromophobe renal cell carcinoma wasn't well understood in 2003. I too thought of renal cell and immunotherapy and IPI-NIVO. Johns Hopkins has Champions Oncology where they implant your tumor into immuno-suppressed mice to test treatments. It didn't work for us, but an interesting concept in my opinion. Thank you both for a terrific conversation.

Even though I know very well everything you are talking about and completely agree, however I wonder how to implement ketogenic diet without dietary sources of glutamine, such as beef, pork, poultry, yogurt, cheese, cabbage and the list goes on. Also, not all cancer patients are diabetic or obese.
