there is NO Russia-China lovefest there is only Russia thinking, "how can i use China" and China thinking, "how can I use Russia"

I have a large midwest farm that my family settled 200 years ago....and believe me. That are SOOO many moving parts....and electronics....its a maze of things that can go wrong.

As a Czech, I love Ukraine people, theyre are so kind and hard working you cant imagine! There is corruption, but its the remnants of the old soviet ways, we had it here too, but it will and can be undone!

Good news!

I recently discovered your channel Mark. I appreciate your high quality explanations of Russian monetary policies and economy. Thanks for your dedication to the cause. I wish you good health and long life.

Whats about Wodka, if Wodka is limited Russia will be in trouble

Spot on sir. It never ceases to amaze me still the amount of belief in the Russian pseudo-system. Please keep us updated as this topic is very serious and will have implications with far reaching effects. The collapse of Russia is inevitable and I believe the sooner it takes place the better.

I love the optimism, and I agree fully with your predictions. I live in Ukraine and I chose to try to get old here and build my future, because I believe in this country. I also see lot of potential. In human resources and resources in the soil. We just need to make sure that we stop Russia trying to destroy this country

Was watching the Enforcer earlier and he showed a short film clip of a major russian "city" called SARATOV (1.2m) ! This standard is what russia wants to inflict on all Europe given the chance ! They seem either unwilling or incapable of raising their own living standards so they seek to degrade or destroy the prosperity of others down to their low level....!

I was in Berlin the day the Berlin Wall came down…I was invited to a Russian military camp open day…I walked away thinking why were we worried all those Cold War years. I felt sorry for Russia and its people…outside of the big cities in Russia ! If it was not for a TV 😂you would think it was 1924 not 2024…

It's probably the best and most informative YouTube channel on the planet. I look forward to every single video you release. I always like, comment, and watch the commercials. Your worth it.

Wait for Putin to step on Trump’s ego.

Thank you, Mark. Slava Ukraini 🇺🇦💙💛

I hope this will prompt us Europeans to stand more closely together. The EU as a whole is the world's largest economy; time we started defending our own interests.

I just had a look at the value of the Ruble, first time in months, 103 against the dollar. Love the snow and a very interesting talk today.

I have left two CSV files in the description that display unit costs. Note that Ukraine has a special unit I call "partisans," which represents both partisans and higher unit efficiency through logistics and coordination than Russian units. History gives us countless examples of smaller nations defeating larger ones, even 'great' economic powers. American Revolution (1775–1783) Finnish Winter War (1939–1940) Vietnam War (1955–1975) Soviet-Afghan War (1979–1989) Russo-Ukrainian War (2022–Present)

I agree, the masses need food. If food is scarce and/or if the prices of such items are beyond the reach of the masses, riots will occur. Throughout history revolutions (French & Russian) have been caused by food shortages.
80
Very well said, you are right! Unfortunately you can't negotiate with gangsters! Russia never respected treaties!!! Blessings!

Always like what you're saying and I like how you say it :))

Thanks Mark! Always learn something from your insights. You've been a great ally with a huge heart, the world needs more like you. Wishing you a Happy New Year from California.

+1 for citing Mr Spock
79
Thanks for the video. Musk is a fan of Dugin.

The Economist isn't much better than the Hindustan Times. Brazil loves Russia, mainly the potatoes.

USA aid to Ukraine. 90% of the money in aid to Ukraine stays in the US. It goes to the US arms makers and has helped boost the economy and jobs in a wide variety of US states. The arms delivered are old stock that would otherwise have to be decommissioned at huge cost to the American tax payer. The US made $238 billion in overseas sales in 2023 because of success on the battlefield. Only 4% of the military budget was used for Ukraine last year, money already allocated. So not only is the US making huge profits from the war, they are increasing their international standing, doing the right thing morally, and allowing Ukraine to take on and destroy their biggest enemy without committing US troops to the fight.

They still need to be held accountable for their crimes.

India's support of Russia is more concerning than even China's in my opinion. India is considered a democracy (with a lot of socialistic centralization). I had an Indian political science professor, and his thinking seems to explain this attitude. He had only one thing that he emphasized in his classes: "Nations have national interests, not friends." True to a large extent but carrying that to its logical conclusion such as India paying Russia for oil which it uses to make weapons to kill people is problematic to say the least.

Hi mark, Good job, much appreciated. Slava Ukraine (Jake Broe Team UK)
78
Admire you and your style Mark.
78
Most importantly - you can make vodka from potatoes.
78
Dude. You should be getting a lot more views than you are right not. Really interesting stuff.
78
Thank you Mark for the message of hope! 👍❤

it is not only the economy that is dirty in Russia the whole country around all the seas there are submarines with nuclear waste in boats and more Russia needs to be cleaned up at great great expense, Lake Karachay (Russian: Карача́й) was once a small swampy lake in the southern Ural mountains. Due to dumping of nuclear waste that began in 1946 and continued for several decades, the lake is one of the world's most radioactively contaminated places.

In the UK such paper is known as shit tickets 😅

I can’t believe you don’t have a million followers. Come on people like and subscribe, this man is a economic genius. Keep up the good work bud. 🇨🇦

I'm a conservative from the U.S. that supports Ukraine. I've always voted against Trump because of his poor character and lack of intelligence and judgment. Defeating Russia is critical to the long-term success of the United States and the world.
77
I love your attitude and ideas!
77
As an American living Ukraine, this makes me smile. 👍
77
''The ruble isnt real money'' Absolute spitting facts!
77
You have a great day also, loving this Ruble collapse, the macro economic highlight of the year
77
russians prosper in gray zones of every developed society...
