  6. HERE IN CENTRAL FLORIDA - the price of new homes is GOING BALLISTIC. Places that sold for $150,000 before the pandemic, are now going for $240,000 - over 50% INCREASE in just 2 years ! Not only that, but older homes (built around 2005) are also going for around $220,000 ! Can't see how young families will EVER be able to buy a home ! GOODBYE, "AMERICAN DREAM" !

  11. All good points, but let’s not forget, AI will only be as good as it’s developers. On a mathematical front that probably won’t be a problem, but in the social/ moral/ political side of things, I don’t think they will ever iron out those bugs.

  47. Thank you Jaspreet! Last Dec I brought a used car and the dealership freaked out after negotiation when I said I was writing a check for the full amount. They literally wouldnt sell it to me, so I financed, and the 1st bill I just paid it off. Companies prefer you to finance because they rely on the monthly interest but imo thats a bad way to financially run ones company.
