  11. OMG! Okay I just would like to say that, I'm currently 22, when I was in high school I was always suspicious of stores who are always putting stuff on sale *cough coughmacy'scough cough*. I would tell myself that they probably increase the price and give you a percentage off. So you think you're making a steal, but you're actually paying the original price haha. Happy to know that I was right :D

  41. As a contractor, I've worked on hundreds of units for multiple property owners, that I've never met, because they're probably on the beach in Hawaii or some other beautiful place. I work with the property managers so that the real estate investors can sit back and enjoy that passive income. So now I'm building my real estate portfolio, so I can sit on the beach in Hawaii🌅

  45. I watched your video on books that influenced you prior to watching this one. As a result I am just finishing up "The Creature From Jekyll Island". All I an say is that, maybe they do have an idea of what is going on, but just don't care. At the end of the day it's economics of scale. The Fed, FDIC and Treasury will just scale up the continuous bailouts they provide in order to compensate for inflation. Or maybe they really don't have a clue. Maybe the answer is somewhere in the middle. But that book recommendation completely changed my perspective on banks and the pyramid scheme we call national monetary policy. If any of you want a good read, read that book. Spoiler alert: if you are in any way libertarian, it will piss you off to no end and you will have to read it in small doses.
