  6. I think you misinterpreted it. The statement was in context to the new law passed by the government to outlaw "fascism" and any pushing of "fascist" ideologies. That was followed up immediately by Maduro saying he will not allow fascists to create civil strife. In other words VisualPolitik is saying Maduro set up a trap and outlawed a vague concept of fascism and then set up the expectations that by denying election results and thereby causing civil strife one is being fascist. Therefore this allows him to steal the election and criminalize anyone who comes out to challenge the fake results
