  11. I hadn't seen any other reviewers bring this up. Biggest problem with wireless keyboards and their sleep functions is the time it takes to wake up after a keypress. I would say that Logitech is already fantastic with this for their existing mice and keyboards; but for the keyboard to sense your presence before actual input would effectively eliminate all lag after waking up from sleep. What a cool innovation.

It's a bit odd to say that the ANSI is "the normal layout", considering that it's only used by the US layout, whereas the ISO layout is used by virtually all national keyboard layouts (UK, DE, JP, KR, CZ, just to name the ones I've seen) and it's literally the international standard. Then again, the US layout is by far the most popular layout in itself and the longer left shift and typically less wobbly enter key are my personal reasons for why I prefer it. Then again, for writing a lot of LaTeX code, having the backslash and pipe characters closer to the letters feels more convenient, but not many people will appreciate that.

  30. For those having issues with switching profiles after you save them here is the fix. On hyperx's logic if you have your Ngenuity open or minimized in the system tray then the switching of the profiles will be done from within the app. If you desire to switch the profiles from the Fn + F1/F2/F3 keys you have to close the application by clicking exit in the system tray and after this the keyboard will switch to its internal memory and know what do you mean by pressing Fn + F1/F2/F3. Kinda dumb but hope they fix it in the next version.

I know everyone hates the Gateron Clears, but as someone who has only gotten into this hobby as we were looking to find a more accessible keyboard me, I’m relieved there are switches like these. My hands had begun to have trouble pushing the keys on a normal membrane keyboard, and typing was leaving me in extreme pain. Finding out that there were different forces required for different switches was a game changer. Lots of research later I now have a keyboard with these and I can type again. We have since found there might be a few others that need even less force. I know this is not a problem that most have, but it would be awesome to have someone do a video that focused on the availability of what switches there were for this end of the spectrum. Less force required and how to make it sound good, because now I know. :) If there was any way to buy something like this out of the box there might be a market for others with health issues who need less force to type.

  50. FINALLY more people are addressing the issues with apple keyboards. All my friends prefer it because they look "clean and simple" but I think the typing experience is so rough. There's just little to no response from the keys for all the effort I put into typing on them. Sigh. Need more keyboard friends.
