  10. if they are gonna make shoes, they could atleast make them decent design.... look at that heel.... it sticks back a mile...... its practically a backwards flipper....... if you want people to want yoru product make something respectable.................. personally, if its not toe shoes or a boot, its not worth my time. PS. if it cant be worn, then it dosnt count at all.........if it dosnt do the thing its supposed to do, its a fail.

  15. Was it by chance these bugs/bacteria were discovered to eat plastics, or was there a dedicated effort to encourage the mutation through selective breeding and controlled environments? I would imagine that in a natural environment such a phenotype/mutation would not be selected for except for under extreme environments where no other sources of food exist. But in a controlled setting you could select for the mutation and encourage it's propagation; perhaps by starting with a mixed diet and slowly transitioning surviving generations of bacteria to more exclusively plastic diets. Then the question is what happens when this gets out and starts eating our TVs lol.
