  8. I feel that I wouldn’t be able to stick to the Testing etc., so don’t want to go down that route. However, I’ve listened to nearly all of their podcasts and follow a lot of their advice. I try to buy Organic, it can be expensive but I eat a little bit less and grow veg and fruit at home. I don’t buy UPFoods, don’t feel the need to snack and it’s 4 months since I tasted a Crisp, even though I love them. I also make my own Greek style Yoghurt, Sauerkraut and Kefir. I read food labels and as an active 81 yr old, I feel very well on it and intend to keep it up as long as I can. Thank you Zoe team.

When I first came across Dr Rupy I bought three of his books with Tim I bought a four book (amazon) deal (not read the twins one yet) I will now get Ruby's 4th thus evening up the score, maybe this is what my retirement is about? I'm certainly learning more of the 'various' different cultural basics and loving it and yes eating less meat and fish. Great to see you three together. losing potatoes, bread and pasta is really difficult for me though, instead of a fillet steak they are my new guilty occasional pleasures, how things change?

  10. I have been on the Zoe Nutrition plan for over 12 months now. I have naturally lost weight, gained more energy, have clearer skin, reduced my UPF intake to at least less than 5%, all things as a result of knowing and understanding my own personal responses to foods. Amazing, changed my life and improved my health no end! 💛

  30. Zoe has been the most informative and accurate source of everything to do with covid. It beggars believe that the government is so short sighted, although it comes as no surprise. Through Zoe millions have benefited. Zoe is by far the most accurate source of covid information, possibly in the world. Zoe has helped millions and saved the lives of thousands through the constant research based on the input from over 4,5 million supporters. After two years I trust Zoe, as for the government I don’t believe most of what come from that source. May I suggest the the supporters of Zoe agree to contribute a small sum monthly to keep Zoe going, not just for covid but to help the new research projects which Zoe has introduced. I’m appalled that the British government is so short sighted with regard to the health of the nation. Having heard it said that certain politicians don’t bother about the elderly and critically ill, as they will die anyway, it comes as no surprise that the government will stop financial support for an organisation, the prime aim of which is to help the health of everyone, irrespective of age or health.

This trial has been invaluable for many reasons, not least a source of common sense and information when news reports and other commentary was so sensationalist it was difficult not to be absolutely frightened to death. So this study has been good for mental health in providing measured, factual information. To remove funding is so short sighted, except I don’t suppose we should be surprised. I will continue to sort the app and the work and will send the relevant email to the appropriate authority. Keep going Zoe……..

  45. Johnathan about tofu you can try seasoning with soya sauce, sesame oil and five spices before grill or baked in oven till they’re drier! I do this and my granddaughter will just eat like finger food for her protein!❤

Thank you Tim and team Zoe for giving us the opportunity to participate and providing us with the opportunity to daily report symptoms, donate, sign up to the vaccine register and feel that in some way we were helping the ‘ science’ (and therefore giving us a sense of worth at a time when we felt things were getting out of control). Happy New Year to you all and I look forward to the next chapter when we can all help with vaccine reporting. I am somewhat confused about the Astra Zeneca 1/2 dose then full dose being of better efficacy than full dose, full dose .......then UK government opts for full dose, full dose. Unfortunately there have been some disappointing options taken by our government and I hope to god that this is not yet another because this is completely outside of my control. 🤔 for example I took to wearing a face-mask, whilst we were still being told, it wouldn’t help. Stayed away from public areas, etc when restrictions were eased, but I have no control over what dose vaccine I will be given (however, I won’t refuse any vaccine). Thank you again 👍🌟☮️ grand job, I hope that you are all proud of your achievements 😉
