  15. Oh wow, I'm not a sumo wrestler but my parents made a dish like this. Meatballs in soup with vermicelli mushrooms cabbage and bean curds. Looks exactly the same. So tasty and full of vitamins

  16. Man, I am not through the whole video and I'm blown away at his portable restaurant AND bar. First the craftsmanship of getting this into two carts, then setting it up efficiently. Note in the sidewalk the dark track where he has walked back and forth day to day too! His food isn't basic, grilled scallops that look like fine dining. I was thinking at first he was saving for a brick and mortar place but, nah. His patrons would miss something special. Stay strong young Chef, may your kind increase.

  47. 2.5 hours available window to operate? I'm sure I must be missing something. Dedication to be sure, but having your ability to run your stall curtailed to that degree has to be a bit soul crushing. Could be COVID measures, so I hope they're able to stick it out a while longer.
